Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective 6 October 2026
Cancellation
PMCDB Pro automatically renews monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected, until it is cancelled.
You may cancel Pro at any time from Account & Billing → Manage subscription.
Unless applicable law or the checkout terms provide otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged for another renewal after cancellation takes effect.
Access after cancellation
You retain Pro access through the end of the paid period when cancellation is scheduled for period end.
After Pro expires, your account returns to Free. Saved searches, Monitoring Sets and account history may remain stored, but Pro-only monitoring, alerts, digests and professional exports will not operate unless Pro access is restored.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period has begun, and unused portions of a billing period are not automatically prorated.
PMCDB may approve a refund in appropriate circumstances, including billing errors.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer right that applies to you under mandatory law.
Where Stripe Managed Payments is used, Stripe's merchant-of-record processes and the transaction terms presented through checkout or your receipt may also apply to payment-related refunds and disputes.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@pmcdb.com promptly.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry the charge. Pro access may remain available while payment recovery is in progress.
If the subscription ultimately ends because payment cannot be collected, the account returns to Free.
Payment methods can be updated through Manage subscription where available.
Changing billing periods
Switching between monthly and annual billing is not currently self-service. Contact support@pmcdb.com for assistance.
Mandatory consumer rights
Some jurisdictions provide additional rights for online purchases or digital services, including rights of cancellation or withdrawal. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
